Link Documents to Records
Documents created from a record page automatically link to that Salesforce record. The relationship surfaces in the Related area at the top of the Document (see Use the Utility Panel).
Additional links: use the @ command to insert record links (Insert Mentions with @). Each linked record is added to Related when applicable so collaborators see the full relationship set.
Jots use @ for inline record chips; Live Fields are not available on Jots.
Related Lists inside Documents
For linked records, you can also embed a Related List inside a Document to show an up-to-date slice of Salesforce list data (for example Opportunities, Contacts, or Cases), with control over columns and filters.
